* Step 1: Pre-Inspection (Upholstery is thoroughly inspected before cleaning)

* Step 2: Vacuum (Upholstery will be thoroughly vacuumed to remove dry soil)

* Step 3: Pre-Spray (Upholstery and spots are pre-treated to suspend soil for more effective removal)

* Step 4: Soil Extraction & Rinse (The suspended soil is thoroughly extracted)

* Step 5: Post-Inspection (A post walk through will be done to insure you are pleased)

12 Step Luxury Upholstery Cleaning Process ($40 per cushion-minimum $180)

* Step 1: Pre-Inspection (Upholstery is thoroughly inspected before cleaning)

* Step 2: Vacuum (Upholstery will be thoroughly vacuumed to remove dry soil)

* Step 3: Pre-Spot (Difficult spots are pre-treated with special solutions to increase chance of removal)

* Step 4: Pre-Spray (Upholstery and spots are pretreated to suspend soil for more effective removal)

* Step 5: Pre-Groom/Agitation (Upholstery is pre-groomed to further loosen soil)

* Step 6: Dwell Time (Our environmentally safe chemicals dwell for 5-10 minutes to loosen soil even more)

* Step 7: Soil Extraction and Rinse (The loosened soil is thoroughly extracted)

* Step 8: Neutralize (Upholstery is PH balanced so your upholstery will stay cleaner longer)

* Step 9: Post Spot & Rinse (Treatment of specialty spots and urine is included)

* Step 10: Post Groom/Pile Lift (Upholstery fabric is set in one direction for appropriate drying)

* Step 11: Speed Dry (High velocity air movers are used to speed dry your upholstery)

* Step 12: Post-Inspection (A post walk through will be done to insure you are pleased)
